Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2025. This policy applies to cornerstoneretailadvisors.com and all Cornerstone Retail Advisors tools and resources.

The short version: We collect your email address when you request a report or sign up for updates. We use it to send you what you asked for and occasional tips about ReStore e-commerce. We never sell your information. You can unsubscribe anytime with one click.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us directly:

Your email address, when you enter it to unlock a report or sign up for updates.
Your B.U.I.L.D. Assessment answers, which are stored locally in your own browser and are never transmitted to us.

We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics tools that follow you across the web.

How we use it

To send you the report or resource you requested.
To send occasional tips, updates, and information about ReStore e-commerce programs from Cornerstone Retail Advisors.
We never sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

Email marketing

If you receive marketing emails from us, every email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it removes you from our list permanently — no confirmation required, no follow-up. You can also unsubscribe by emailing us directly at eddie@cornerstoneretailadvisors.com and we will remove you within 48 hours.

We use Brevo (brevo.com) to manage our email list. Your email address is stored on their servers, subject to their own privacy policy at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.

Assessment data

Your answers to the B.U.I.L.D. Assessment are saved in your own browser's local storage so you can return to a partially completed assessment. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us unless you choose to share your report. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or site data.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

Tell you what information we hold about you.
Delete your email address from our list.
Correct any information we hold.

To make any of these requests, email us at eddie@cornerstoneretailadvisors.com. We will respond within 5 business days.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top. We will not retroactively change how we use information already collected without giving you the option to opt out.
